At Cinsalk, Gary leads with a strategic, consultative approach—helping independent physicians grow revenue and improve efficiency through innovative, clinically aligned solutions.
Gary has been married to his high school sweetheart for over 30 years. Together, they’ve raised three children and are now proud grandparents to five. He’s passionate about health, wellness, and staying active—often starting his day with a good workout and a strong sense of purpose.
Bear Shelton
Co-Founder of Cinsalk Consulting, Bear Shelton is a seasoned sales leader and healthcare consultant with over 5 years of experience driving innovative solutions in the medical industry. As the founder of Cinsalk Consulting, Bear specializes in connecting healthcare providers with cutting-edge products, such as XWRAP and DermaBind to improve patient outcomes for healing. Known for his strategic insight and commitment to building trusted partnerships, he has a proven track record of leading high-performing teams and delivering measurable results. Kimberly Klasnic
With a background that bridges creativity, education, and business, Kimberly brings a unique blend of skills to every project she supports. She holds a B.A. in Studio Art and a Master’s in Education, and has worn many hats—from ESL teacher and language coach to successful entrepreneur. She has owned and operated her own entertainment business and has represented major brands as an on-camera and voiceover actress. She is proud to be in excellent health and shape, reflecting her long-standing commitment to wellness, vitality, and a balanced lifestyle. Known for her professionalism, strong presentation skills, and ability to keep teams focused and motivated, she is tech-savvy, organized, and brings a positive, dynamic presence to any environment—whether the ballroom or the boardroom.
