Co-founder of Cinsalk Consulting Group, Gary brings a strong background in marketing and more than 25 years of experience across multiple verticals. He has built and scaled businesses across multiple industries, always with a focus on delivering real results and long-term value. At Cinsalk, Gary leads with a strategic, consultative approach—helping partners grow revenue and improve efficiency through innovative, aligned solutions.
Gary has been married to his high school sweetheart for over 30 years. Together, they've raised three children and are now proud grandparents to seven. He's passionate about health, wellness, and staying active—often starting his day with a good workout and a strong sense of purpose. He is an alumnus of The Citadel, the Military College of South Carolina.
Bear Shelton

Kimberly Klasnic
Team Member
With a background that bridges creativity, education, and business, Kimberly brings a unique blend of skills to every project she supports. She holds a B.A. in Studio Art and a Master's in Education, and has worn many hats—from ESL teacher and language coach to successful entrepreneur.
She has owned and operated her own entertainment business and has represented major brands as an on-camera and voiceover actress. Known for her professionalism, strong presentation skills, and ability to keep teams focused and motivated, she is tech-savvy, organized, and brings a positive, dynamic presence to any environment—whether the ballroom or the boardroom.
